Once the proposal is finalized and the contract is signed, we will deploy a highly trained installation team to your site to complete the installation. It's important to note that commercial applications are much different than residential installs. This is why all of our technicians have years of experience with complex, commercial Coax and IP distribution networks and understand all of the nuisances that will help ensure the longterm success of your system.

After installation, our responsive and dedicated service team members will be there to assist you with any troubleshooting needs you may have. To help ensure a quick response time, all of our systems are equipped with remote access which allows our team to resolve 98% of issues in a matter of minutes, saving you money and downtime over traditional solutions.

Will there be any upfront costs for us to switch our services?

Although the industry standard does typically involve equipment and installation costs for many new customers, we have decided to negate those costs for as many of the Blue Ridge customers as possible. Each site is unique and may require additional equipment or installation fees in order to properly service the address; however, we think a majority of the customers should be able to switch with no upfront capital required. Those that do have any additional costs will have the option to finance them if they like.

Will my property be without television services for a period of time?

Our installation team is used to working around the constraints of operating businesses and therefore they are trained to create as little disruption as possible to your guest, tenants, or customers. Although portions of your facility may lose signal for small periods of time during normal business hours (and with prior notice given), we always plan to have services up before ending the work day to all units. Blue Ridge has also agreed not to turn off their TV service until the close of the job and all outlets are verified operational on the new system

Is my bill going to increase?

MVM & Blue Ridge have worked closely to try and keep customer’s TV expenses the same as they are now or lower them, where possible. If there is an increase, MVM is still providing the most competitive rate vs. other providers. The ultimate goal is to provide top quality TV service at the most affordable price. What channels will I be receiving?

MVM through our partnership with DISH Network is able to offer a majority of the major networks included in most standard lineups. In addition to your current favorites, DISH Network also provides some additional packages we can add on such as Big 10 Network, ACC Network, SEC Network, expanded HBO, Showtime, and Starz options, as well as a variety of foreign language channels.

What type of system are you using?

MVM is proud to be a DISH Network national strategic partner. This partnership allows us the freedom to deliver your favorite content while also keeping cost low. Each site will be unique in the type of system it will need; however, our goal is to provide as many box-free, in-room solutions as possible to those already not using DTA boxes or those wishing to get rid of them. For those concerned about receiving content from satellite, rest assured that today's satellite provides the same quality of picture as a traditional cable system would. Unlike satellite 30+ years ago, rain fade and signal loss are not common issues today's satellite customers face with the new commercial dishes.

How will I pay my bill?

MVM uses bill.com for its billing portal. Customers may choose to set up automatic reoccurring payments which will auto draft on a set date (email notifications will be sent out well in advance), or manually process these payments themselves. For those that wish to mail a check (or even simply submit a picture of one), that option is also available. As always, our billing team will be here to answer any questions or help you navigate paying your bill.

When will this change take place?

lWe are working diligently with the system engineers at Blue Ridge to go over the current cable plant design for your properties. Some will be very quick projects, only lasting a few days overall, while some will involve more intense planning and coordination. We are also taking into account seasonal constraints in certain properties as well. Scheduling will be completed within the next 30 days. Your property will be contacted with the initial planned conversion date, at which point tweaks to the schedule based on your properties situations can be discussed. All properties will be complete no later than March 31, 2023.
