At MVM Technology, we understand that switching services may be difficult, especially when you have a longstanding relationship with your current provider.  We would like to put your mind at ease and know that both the MVM Team as well as the Blue Ridge Team have worked diligently for months to ensure this is as easy of a transition as possible for you.  We would like to take this moment to welcome you to the MVM family and get to know us.  

 

MVM Technology is a veteran-owned company located in north central NJ.  Therefore, although we are a National organization, we are also right next door.  One of the things we noticed in working with Blue Ridge is that they really care about their customers and that personalized care and down-home feel is exactly how MVM approaches its customers and partners.  Similar to Blue Ridge, MVM also prides itself in giving you a small company feel with direct communication to our staff.  We think that you will find you can develop the same type of relationship with our team as you have cultivated throughout the years with Blue Ridge.

 

As we begin this transitory phase, we are here to answer any and all questions you may have.  We understand that this is a big change and will be glad to spend as much time with you as needed to ensure you are comfortable with the plan we put in place to move forward.  We have implemented a new toll free number for all Blue Ridge Customers - 855-686-7878 to access an MVM representative. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will this change take place?​

lWe are working diligently with the system engineers at Blue Ridge to go over the current cable plant design for your properties. Some will be very quick projects, only lasting a few days overall, while some will involve more intense planning and coordination. We are also taking into account seasonal constraints in certain properties as well. Scheduling will be completed within the next 30 days. Your property will be contacted with the initial planned conversion date, at which point tweaks to the schedule based on your properties situations can be discussed. All properties will be complete no later than March 31, 2023.
